Job Opportunity: Installation Project Manager

Are you a motivated professional looking for a new challenge in the sustainable energy sector? Do you have experience in project execution and installation management? We are seeking a skilled Installation Project Manager to join our team at Randstad Polska.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, adjust, and improve installation concepts to drive cost efficiency
  • Execute site visits with suppliers and customers to ensure Construction Project Execution Manuals, HSE, and quality standards are met
  • Act as a point of contact for customers and suppliers to align installation concepts and layout changes
  • Direct the implementation of installation concepts towards main stakeholders
  • Monitor project risk, progress, budget, and performance on a continuous basis
  • Support the site execution team as needed
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, site orders, and ensure all reporting requirements are met

Requirements:

  • Degree-level education with 3-5 years of experience in project execution and installation management
  • Experience in the wind sector is preferred but not essential
  • Multi-discipline engineering experience with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Professional understanding of contract management and commitment to maintaining high levels of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
  • Strong focus on customer relations and satisfaction, with the ability to quickly adapt to changes in processes, procedures, policies, and systems
  • Fluent in Polish and English, both spoken and written
  • Flexible, adaptive, and willing to travel (approx. 80 days/year)
