About the Role
This exciting opportunity requires a highly skilled and experienced professional who can take ownership of our financial processes, identify areas for improvement, and drive positive change across the organization. You will work closely with our tax department, auditors, and other external parties to ensure compliance with GAAP and statutory requirements.

Your Responsibilities
* Manage month-end close activities, including Procurement, flux analysis, and balance sheet reconciliation
* Design and document SOPs to build a strong internal control environment
* Identify and manage GAAP to Stat differences (tax principles in Poland, France, and UK)
* Lead process improvement initiatives, leveraging systems like SAP and Bots
* Manage payroll accounting, reconciliations, and compliance with local tax and labor laws
* Lead audit processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP and statutory requirements
* Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, regulators, and other external parties
* Mentor junior accountants on accounting principles and internal controls
* Prepare financial reports in line with GAAP and statutory requirements
