About the Role

We are seeking a motivated HR Specialist to join our team in Warsaw. As a key member of our EMEA People Services team, you will provide full administrative support to our employees in Central Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to employees in Central Europe, including recruitment and onboarding, contractual amendments, leavers, benefits, training, payroll, and annual processes.
  • Work with our case management tool to resolve a high volume of incoming queries promptly, utilizing your knowledge and people skills to resolve and de-escalate complex issues.
  • Process the monthly payroll, including input and output data for Germany and Switzerland.
  • Assist in the hiring process, including generating contracts, conducting right-to-work/visa checks, and coordinating probationary periods.
  • Manage employee data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GDPR regulations.
  • Support the Central Europe Business Unit team with ad hoc data requests and projects.
  • Generate HR reports from Workday and GMS.
  • Coordinate HR processes, including absence management and case management.
  • Produce emails, letters, and documentation as needed.
  • Collaborate with core business functions, including Payroll, Finance, and Recruitment.
  • Seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
About You

This position requires someone with the following skills, knowledge, experience, and attributes:

  • Ability to read, write, and speak German and English.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience working in a HR Administrator/Coordinator role, preferably in a professional services company.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a large team.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
