The Senior FP&A Leader is responsible for driving strategic financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support business performance in Poland and Cluster. This role works closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights that enhance business results.
Key responsibilities include leading the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans, as well as analyzing variances between actual and forecasted results to identify key trends and areas for improvement.
Performance Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess business performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business progress.
Risk Management:
- Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to prepare for potential market fluctuations.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, along with minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related role. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting tools is required, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
