About the Role

The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for platform engineering, building a DevOps culture, and enabling process automation using ML/AI/LLM. The successful candidate will participate in setting up infrastructure and automation standards to streamline project delivery.

The solution we are building allows us to leverage the power of Artificial Intelligence to become a professionally developed and managed part of our business process landscape. By providing this outstanding and cutting-edge infrastructure, business units will be empowered to reach new goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and participate in building and sharing DevOps culture across teams and organization
  • Maintain and develop a platform for building and implementing AI models within the AI Factory
  • Platform engineering
  • Participate in the transformation of business processes to automation using ML/AI/LLM models
  • Automate processes
  • Act as a proactive, goal-oriented, and quality-focused member of our international Scrum team
  • Participate in a fintech project for the ERGO Group
  • Leverage expertise in the design, development, automation, and implementation of cloud infrastructure
  • Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes
  • Provide high-quality solutions
Requirements
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Experience collaborating with various project stakeholders (architects, security teams, business)
  • Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum/SAFe)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cloud DevOps Engineer or Cloud Engineer
  • Proficiency with core AWS services, including IAM, networking, storage, API Gateways, RDS, and monitoring
  • Ability to set up cloud infrastructure using Terraform following best practices
  • Experience in troubleshooting and working with microservices (especially Kubernetes, AWS ECS, and AWS Lambda functions)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to quality, documentation, and adherence to standards across teams and the organization
  • Good command of scripting languages (Bash, Python)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (preferably Jenkins or GitHub Actions)

  • Experience with AWS Data & AI services
  • Experience with Azure core and Data & AI services
  • Knowledge of AI/ML tools (relevant for AI-related projects)
