As an EDI Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading teams responsible for electronic ordering and outbound document processing. You will coordinate EDI projects, ensuring alignment with business needs, and manage stakeholder engagement. Your expertise in optimizing and improving process documentation and service delivery strategies will be invaluable in enhancing our business processes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams responsible for electronic ordering and outbound document processing.
  • Coordinate EDI projects, ensuring alignment with business needs, and manage stakeholder engagement.
  • Optimize and improve process documentation and service delivery strategies.
  • Manage team performance, support employee development, and track operational progress.
  • Resolve escalations and implement corrective actions to enhance business processes.

Profil kandydata

Your Skills and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Professional experience with EDI, OCR tools, online stores, and SAP.
  • Proven experience in team coordination and management.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, or other ticketing tools.
  • Knowledge of EDI supplier management, iDOC monitoring, mapping projects, and electronic invoicing standards.
  • Experience in transition projects and project management.
  • Strong ability to coordinate tasks with a keen eye for detail.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
