We are looking for a highly skilled AML Onboarding Professional to join our team in Krakow, Poland. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Job

You will be working closely with our MS Operations team to secure a seamless onboarding experience for clients. Your primary focus will be on performing risk assessments, AML evaluations, and customer due diligence to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Solving administrative tasks according to offered services and business procedures
  • Risk assessment, AML assessment, and ensuring KYC
  • Control and handle ODD (Ongoing Due Diligence) and other relevant AML tasks
  • Customer Service and ensure high quality in the solution for all customer segments

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be able to think analytically, and detect potential risks.
