We are seeking an experienced Global Category Leader to join our team at TN Poland.

This role involves developing and implementing category strategies that drive cost savings, improve supply chain resilience, and enhance quality. As a Global Category Leader, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.

You will be responsible for leading and defining category initiatives, managing and reporting on category performance metrics, and driving improvements in category efficiency. Your ability to analyze data, think critically, and communicate effectively will be key to your success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in category management, as well as experience in program management. A high-level analytical mindset, target-driven approach, and ability to take initiative are also essential qualities for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
