Senior Project Coordinator

Project Overview

DEME Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Site Superintendent for our operations in Europe. The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of project engineers and site superintendents to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and executing projects on-site, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
• Coordinating with project engineers and site superintendents to ensure smooth project execution.
• Managing and maintaining high standards of quality, health, safety, and environment (QHSE) on-site.
• Monitoring and reporting project progress to project managers and stakeholders.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A master's degree in civil engineering or equivalent by experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in complex engineering projects, preferably in a similar role.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, with knowledge of other languages an asset.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects and stakeholders.
