Role Summary

The Highly Available Systems Architect will design and implement a highly available infrastructure that runs our Digital Network Operator stack. This involves collaborating with backend engineering teams to architect, profile, and monitor high-performance product components as microservices.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cloud-native infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes
  • Collaborate with backend engineering teams to architect, profile, and monitor high-performance product components as microservices
  • Ensure the security of our cloud-native runtime environment and evolve the infrastructure with the latest technologies
  • Actively manage the scaling, automation, and self-healing capabilities of our infrastructure

Requirements

  • Cloud-native infrastructure stack experience with tools like Terraform, Ansible, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Kubernetes cluster management experience
  • Continuous delivery of microservices using ArgoCD
  • Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Go, and similar languages
  • Experience with using a broad range of cloud-native technologies and stacks (e.g. AWS)
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure resource and application deployment issues
  • At least Intermediate level of English language proficiency
