Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Management Associate to join our team at Pharmiweb. As a key member of our clinical research operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of clinical trials from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain study systems and tracking tools to ensure quality, consistency, and integration of study data.
  • Support the Study Delivery Lead in quality and data oversight to ensure inspection/audit readiness, including oversight of eTMF completeness.
  • Coordinate study team communication, including meetings, information spaces, newsletters, action logs, and communication plans.
  • Manage study budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring consistency between systems and agreements.
Requirements
  • University scientific degree or related field.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar position.
  • Good knowledge of and skill in applying applicable clinical research regulatory requirements, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with good planning, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Able to think independently, analyze and solve problems systematically and creatively, and take a risk-based approach.
