Job Description
This position reports to the Local Division Controller. As a key team member, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project financial performance. Your role and responsibilities include:
• Overseeing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Driving project cash flow optimization, revenue realization, and gross margin contribution in collaboration with the Project Management team.
• Managing currency risks, bonds, guarantees, and tax matters to ensure financial stability and compliance.
• Participating in monthly project reviews, ensuring alignment with Project Controls and Planning/Scheduling teams.
• Providing financial and commercial input during contract negotiations, risk reviews, and project execution planning.
• Promoting commercial awareness within project teams and ensuring financial strategies are integrated into execution plans.
• Fostering collaboration across teams and functions to maximize results and improve financial performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting (CPA, ACA, or CIA qualification preferred).
- 5 years of experience in project finance, operational finance, or financial controlling, preferably in a B2B or industrial setting.
- Strong expertise in project accounting, financial modelling, and risk management.
- Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable insights to support decision-making.
