Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative solutions to transform the digital healthcare space.

• Design and implement comprehensive software architectures for diverse healthcare applications.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills for both technical and business audiences.

• Proficient English language skills are essential; strong German language skills are desirable, and knowledge of additional languages is valued.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines for multiple project deliveries.

• Flexibility to travel as needed.

Qualification Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in designing and implementing custom-developed applications on web or mobile platforms (Android/iOS).

• Deep understanding of software architectures on all layers – network, infrastructure, security, persistence, application, and frontend.

• Experience with database design and data modeling.

• Proven expertise in writing technical concepts and models.

• Deep understanding of mobile application development, frameworks, and technical characteristics of Android and iOS.

• Familiarity with programming patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.) and tools and frameworks for web development like Angular, ASP.net, Ruby on Rails, etc.

• Excellent academic background, including a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, mathematics, economics, engineering, or another related field with a strong IT focus.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Good understanding of industry technology trends and emerging technologies.

• Familiarity with agile project management standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines as well as related frameworks like Scrum or SAFe.

• Ability to read and develop code in known programming languages (Java, C++, C#, Python, PHP, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tech stack like Jenkins, Puppet, Ansible, Terraform.

• Knowledge of German healthcare system landscapes and reference architectures.
