MEP Commissioning Administrator

Winthrop Technologies is a prominent engineering company based in Ireland, providing services across Europe. With a workforce of around 650 employees, we are seeking a skilled MEP Commissioning Administrator to support our mechanical team.

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the mechanical team, ensuring efficient management of administrative tasks, shared reception duties, responding to emails and phone calls, processing data entry and document filing in accordance with company procedures, and undertaking miscellaneous tasks as needed.

• Effective collaboration with the mechanical team to manage administrative responsibilities
• Shared reception duties with other administrative team members, as necessary
• Professional email and phone communication
• Data entry and filing of project documents in accordance with SOPs
• Flexibility to perform miscellaneous tasks as required

The successful candidate will require strong Microsoft Office skills, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage their workload effectively. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the engineering or construction industry, is highly valued.
