We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accounting Subject Matter Expert to join our Finance Development team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in financial reporting, accounting principles, and Record-to-Report best practices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of the financial accounting process, implementing accounting processes and tools as part of the ERP renewal project. This includes driving a seamless end-to-end process design and implementation in financial accounting processes, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting regulations and company policies, and addressing any areas of risk or non-compliance.
The selected candidate will work closely with our business and finance stakeholders to ensure the processes are adopted, efficient, and aligned with the required standards. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing communication and collaboration among cross-functional stakeholders such as IT and Finance teams.
We offer an exciting role, challenging tasks, and an opportunity to develop our global end-to-end process. In this role, you will work closely with different Fortum finance teams across the company, contributing to the Record-to-report area roadmap, annual plans, and KPIs.
