About the Opportunity

We seek an experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer with expertise in Node.js and React to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and drive project development. You will have the chance to work on high-profile projects like a back-office solution for a global insurance industry leader using Strapi and React.


Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for delivering exceptional projects by defining technical requirements based on business needs and deploying clean code.
  • You will work collaboratively in a team environment, ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end technologies.
  • You will analyze business requirements, write clean functional code, including unit tests, and propose technical improvements to the application.
  • You will support junior colleagues' growth and development, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.

Key Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Fullstack development, with a deep understanding of Node.js, React, and related frameworks.
  • Mastery of software architecture and development principles, with fluency in English (B2 or C1 level preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, a can-do attitude, great attention to detail, and independence to grow and learn.
  • Familiarity with REST API, GraphQL, SQL, and NoSQL databases, as well as knowledge of AWS, Bitbucket/GIT, Jenkins, and PostgreSQL.
