Senior Frontend Engineer

We are Semantive, a multi-cloud services company that helps enterprises and SMBs build new foundations for future growth through successful cloud transformation and expertise in applying cloud technologies to unlock new possibilities.

We are a team of 45+ high-seniority experts specializing in solutions that help our clients in digital transformation. Our company focuses on long-term relationships and offers the opportunity to actively influence the development of the organization.

We are on a mission to build Big Data platforms and Serverless applications that host a lot of data and run various analytical workloads. We are looking for a talented Frontend Developer who wants to embark on this mission with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and develop solutions for data presentation with Typescript and React.js
  • Develop a list of specified features with product team input in an iterative way
  • Interview internal customers to figure out how to make the UI better from a user experience perspective
  • Work in an agile team delivering projects on AWS
  • Develop first-class products in the energy sector
  • Work hand in hand with the client and build products in an iterative way
  • Work in software teams where code reviews and pair programming are part of our strong engineering culture
  • Master your Python, React, and Cloud skills while working with others
  • Use Jira for task management, Confluence for documentation, and Slack for communication
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in working in front-end (React-based frameworks are a must-have)
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Python and Typescript
  • Excellent programming skills and openness to working with various technologies
  • Experience with AWS will be highly appreciated
  • Experience developing REST APIs
  • Familiarity with writing unit tests
  • Experience with efficient state management on component and app level (we use Redux)
  • Experience working with component libraries like MUI
  • Customer-centric attitude
  • Team player, proactive, having problem-solving skills, and having a consulting mindset
  • Native in Polish and fluent in English
