CBRE Local UK is seeking a highly skilled Facilities and Administrative Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Workplace Experience function, you will provide administrative support to our department or office.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to our team, including greeting visitors, answering calls, and setting up meeting rooms.
  2. Deliver world-class customer service to clients and visitors in a designated building.
  3. Manage visitor passes, parking validations, and adhere to security protocols.
Responsibilities:
  1. Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel or voicemail.
  2. Welcome clients, applicants, and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  3. Issue visitor passes and parking validations while adhering to security protocols.
  4. Schedule and prepare meeting and conference rooms, including setup, catering arrangements, and equipment preparation.
  5. Arrange for building and housekeeping services as needed.
  6. Perform general clerical tasks, such as distributing office faxes and packages, and ordering office supplies.
  7. Track and manage incoming and outgoing packages, mail, and freight.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in roles such as Front Desk, Concierge, Hospitality, Room Management, or Customer Service is preferred.
  2. Possess advanced communication skills to effectively present information to internal teams and large groups of employees.
  3. Experience in facilities management and dealing with suppliers/contractors is beneficial.
