Role Overview



This challenging role is part of the Finance department at 11101 Citibank Europe plc Poland, focusing on market control and revenue management.



As a Senior Business Analyst for Revenue Control, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial reporting and controls, working closely with the business, finance, and risk teams.



Key Responsibilities





  • Review and oversight of daily, monthly, and quarterly controls and reporting output, including evaluation and finalization of profit and loss (P&L) and balance sheet reporting in Citi systems.

  • Analysis of revenue drivers and business strategy, including insight into new trades activity, residuals, and accruals.

  • Coordination of EMEA Local Markets Treasury, including oversight of transfer pricing, LMT reporting processes, and process standardization and improvement.

  • Ensuring compliance with Citi policies and requirements, supporting administrative tasks, and providing support to the team in resolving outstanding breaks and issues.

  • Relationship management with local markets business, market risk, finance, operations, and internal audit, and timely resolution of outstanding items.

  • Timely delivery of ad-hoc queries from product control management and business stakeholders.



Requirements





  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in a similar role.

  • University or college degree in finance or accounting, or other relevant fields.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
