Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Salesforce Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily Salesforce operations and working with the Partner Portal team to keep the backlog up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage incoming requests and provide timely support to partners.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Admins and Devs to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to schedule UAT activities.
  • Work with Partner Operations to support deployment and process changes.
  • Provide Level 2 support for technical escalations and day-to-day partner support tickets.
  • Assist with SFDC reporting requirements and requests.
