Warehouse Worker

Manbroker Sp. z o.o. is a leading food logistics company seeking a skilled Warehouse Worker to join our team in Będzieszyn, Poland.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Warehouse Worker to assist in packing orders at our food warehouse. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and maintain a high level of productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble orders using a scanner to ensure accurate and efficient packing.
• Collect required items from pallets or manual carts and place them in designated areas.
• Work on a piece-rate basis, earning a competitive hourly rate based on productivity.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Requirements:

• Must be legally residing in Poland.
• No prior experience or language skills required.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and maintain productivity.
• Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment (+6°C).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
