As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in building highly efficient, advanced systems used by millions of users worldwide.

About the Role:

This role involves building architecture and managing identity infrastructure for high-availability, secure services across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading design, implementation, and optimization of Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD/Entra ID environments,
  • Developing and enforcing security policies and best practices for identity and access management,
  • Collaborating with IT and business teams to align identity solutions with organizational objectives,
  • Monitoring and maintaining identity environments for reliability and compliance,
  • Providing advanced support (L3) for complex issues related to identity systems,
  • Evaluating and integrating new technologies to improve identity infrastructure capabilities.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field,
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and architecting identity solutions,
  • Deep understanding of AD topology, replication design, DNS/DHCP management, securing AD, and using third-party tools,
  • Experience managing hybrid identity environments and identity protection,
  • Hands-on experience with application integration, SSO, and user lifecycle management,
  • Advanced knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive,
  • Expertise in PowerShell scripting for AD, Exchange/Office 365, and Entra ID tasks,
  • Understanding of identity security concepts, including MFA, SSO, encryption, and security protocols,
  • Experience with email hygiene technologies such as Proofpoint and Microsoft EOP,
  • Knowledge of integrating identity with client-server, web, middleware, and mobile applications,
  • Experience in managing large, complex identity and security infrastructure projects,
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills,
  • Proficiency in English.
