Your Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Software Architect to lead the design and implementation of our back-office applications using .NET and C#. You'll be part of our Asset Finance team, helping businesses access innovative financing solutions for essential assets.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Designing and architecting back-office applications to meet business requirements
- Leading and mentoring development teams to adopt best practices in software development
- Developing high-level product specifications considering system integration and feasibility
- Ensuring the security, scalability, and reliability of applications
- Overseeing the development process from design to deployment and post-launch support
- Conducting code reviews and providing feedback to maintain high code quality
Your Requirements
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience as a Software Architect or in a similar leadership role
- Strong expertise in .NET and C#
- Experience in designing scalable and secure architectures
- Experience in financial or banking sector
- Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Strong English & Polish skills, allowing efficient communication in an international environment
