Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Transport Management Team Lead to join our team at AUTO1 Group. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for leading our car logistics operations in the German market.

Your primary focus will be on managing daily transport and storage operations with both partner carriers and in-house capacities. You will also be responsible for resolving escalation situations, including transport backlogs and storage capacity issues.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have several years of relevant work experience in logistics or a fast-paced startup environment. Initial leadership experience is also required. You should have proven ability to manage multiple operational and tactical challenges under time pressure.

Excellent communication skills with both internal and external partners at all levels of hierarchy are essential. Experience in, or affinity for, contract negotiations is also a plus. Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems are necessary.
