Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our dynamic and innovative sales team as a Senior Key Account Strategist.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Audit Support: Facilitate and support various audits, including TS or VDA audits, development audits, engineering audits, logistics audits, process audits, financial audits, and warranty audits.
  2. Profitability Management: Drive and monitor account profitability by focusing on key financial metrics such as Gross Margin and EBIT.
  3. Customer Satisfaction Improvement: Analyze customer scorecards and implement actionable strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  4. RFQ Analysis: Evaluate Requests for Quotation (RFQs) from customers and provide comprehensive guidelines for the preparation of cost estimates.
  5. Data Management: Manage access to customer intranet sites and ensure the internal distribution of the latest customer data, especially when reaching key business milestones.
  6. Requirement Transmission: Efficiently communicate and transfer new customer requirements to the relevant internal teams as soon as they are received.
  7. Reporting: Oversee all customer-facing reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  8. Program Management: Actively participate in program management review meetings to drive project success and alignment.
  9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Marketing department to align strategies and objectives across the organization.
Requirements:
  1. A university degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.
  2. Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of the job responsibilities.
  3. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  4. Willingness to travel as needed to support business objectives.
