About the Role
Clinical Research Associate II plays a key role in managing clinical trials according to the protocol and international standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of clinical trial design, execution, and operations, as well as expertise in communication and people management.
Responsibilities
- Management of clinical trials according to the protocol and ICH GCP
- Supporting sites with all issues concerning the study
- Providing information to investigators on protocol principles, study timelines, and enrolment expectations
- Preparing and performing initiation and monitoring visits according to the GCP and monitoring plan
Requirements
- A life science or healthcare-related degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1 year of independent monitoring experience
- Fluency in English and Polish
