Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Aeronautical Analyst to join our team at NAVBLUE. As a key member of our AIM team, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining our digital library of State published aeronautical information and distributing it to relevant production teams for inclusion in our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, analyze, and process state published aeronautical information in a timely manner in accordance with the 28-day AIRAC cycle.
  • Manage the digital library of documentation and ensure all relevant administrative records are up-to-date.
  • Ensure workload is planned and prioritized to achieve predetermined deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts with Civil Aviation Authorities and similar organizations.
  • Identify and record all discrepancies with documentation and liaise with state authorities for clarification.
  • Communicate effectively with internal customers and external data providers.
  • Collaborate and work together in a small team environment to achieve team objectives.
  • Ensure all quality procedures are adhered to at all times and notify the relevant personnel of any non-conformities.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in digital document library management and/or working with aeronautical source documentation.
  • Ability to articulate complex information to various audiences.
  • Quality-driven with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn, implement, and manage new concepts, systems, and processes.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, adept at working to strict deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, adaptable to all organizational levels.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and autonomous.
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience or interest in the aviation industry.
  • Agile and SAFe methodologies working knowledge.
