We are looking for a talented Finance and Sustainability Specialist to join our team in Katowice. As a key member of the finance services team, you will be responsible for managing a portion of Unilever's European Supply Chain costs related to customs and sustainability fees and taxes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and experience in building up or transforming processes. They will also possess effective communication skills, with fluency in English, both written and spoken.
In this role, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including Global Indirect Tax, R&D, Legal, External Affairs, D&A, Finance Business Partners, Procurement, Customer Service, and Supply Chain. You will be responsible for providing cost controlling activities to support month-end closure process, transfer prices calculation, forecasting, knowledge transfer of processes performed by country local teams, and setting up processes related to newly implemented legislations.
You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, such as automation of processes and centralization project (transition of processes, gap and risks identification). You will also participate in audits and update procedures, operation instructions, and other documentation with process scope.
