Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the tender phase, especially in product design and industrialization, to optimize costs and minimize risks.
- Manage industrial risk through Process FMEA and associated improvement action plans.
- Qualify the product/process pair and industrial means to be put in place in line with the design.
- Train workers and EPU managers to execute SP and ensure continuous training and qualification of the workers.
- Guarantee internal control and good application of process rules in line with customers' requirements.
- Strong understanding of industrial processes and quality control.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of EHS Alstom and external standards.
