We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team at Sigma Software. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for attracting top talent.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment at international companies, with a strong understanding of the IT market and its players. They will be responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment, collaborating with hiring managers, and developing effective candidate-generation strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, identifying, evaluating, closing)
  • Collaborating with hiring managers on role definition, pipeline calibration, interviewing preparedness, candidate assessment, and decision-making
  • Creating and posting vacancies at different professional resources
  • Proactively developing and executing candidate-generation strategies and ideas using all available recruiting tools
  • Monitoring job market trends
  • Taking part in PR events (job fairs, conferences, user groups, etc.)
  • Preparing recruitment reports
  • Maintaining candidate database

In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Requirements for this role include:

  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment at international companies
  • Experience in negotiating with management
  • Good knowledge of the IT market, its players, salary ranges, and market tendencies
  • Good skills in candidate search and selection, including direct sourcing
  • Good knowledge of full cycle recruitment process
  • Comprehensive understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process
  • Experience in applying and fine-tuning processes for quick and smooth operation
  • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
