Job Description

  • We are seeking a Junior Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining CRM records, and assisting in preparing sales proposals.
  • You will work closely with senior business development managers to drive sales initiatives and achieve targets.
  • In addition, you will conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or fintech-related roles is a plus;
  • Strong interest in fintech, payments, and the PSP industry;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow;
  • Ability to conduct research and analyze market trends;
  • Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a plus;
  • Fluency in Russian and English.
