- We are seeking a Junior Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining CRM records, and assisting in preparing sales proposals.
- You will work closely with senior business development managers to drive sales initiatives and achieve targets.
- In addition, you will conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or fintech-related roles is a plus;
- Strong interest in fintech, payments, and the PSP industry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow;
- Ability to conduct research and analyze market trends;
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a plus;
- Fluency in Russian and English.
