InPost Group is a leading European delivery company that is revolutionizing the way parcels are delivered to customers. Our innovative network of intelligent lockers provides customers with a fast, convenient, and secure delivery option.

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Data & AI department, you will play a crucial role in analyzing vast volumes of real-time data from diverse systems, including campaigns data, product and customer analytics, sales performance, logistics processes, and more.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated data solutions
- Designing and developing data models that support optimized and scalable calculations and visualizations
- Crafting code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices

You will have the opportunity to work with a range of technologies, including Apache Spark in Databricks, Python/PySpark, SQL, Kafka, Power BI, GitLab, Google BigQuery, and dbt. If you have experience working with cloud-based data platforms, modern data building tools, and data visualization tools, that's a plus

We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, self-managing, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. You should be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of technical aspects of data warehousing, including dimensional data modeling and ETL/ELT processes.
