We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Global Production Services Management team. As the Head of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and resiliency of our production estate, enabling smooth business processes for our internal teams and external clients.

This role requires a strong background in Service Management & Reliability (SRE), with extensive experience in technology and leadership positions. You will work closely with our business lines and infrastructure groups to drive Best Practices, enhance existing controls, and deliver high-quality metrics and analysis to increase production stability and resiliency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the Digital Service Management team to embed central processes and Digital Service Management controls.
  • Managing the day-to-day running of support activities to minimize disruption to customers and clients.
  • Developing and presenting key KPIs and KCIs to drive governance across Service Management practices.
  • Chairing and managing incident review meetings, data governance reviews sessions, and production reviews with key business stakeholders.
  • Managing a global team of Service Quality Managers/Release Managers to ensure best-in-class service in line with ITIL principles.

Requirements

  • Experience and knowledge of business lines and products across global markets.
  • Service management & reliability (SRE) background.
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of various technologies and systems present across investment banks, especially within post-trade functions.
  • Extensive experience in technology and management/leadership capacities.
  • Proven record of driving Best Practices, enhancing existing controls, delivering high-quality metrics, and analyzing data to increase production stability and resiliency.
