">Job Description- As a Customer Service Expert, you will interact with customers, sales and service representatives to handle pre-sales or post-sales service functions and process transactions via phone, internet, and correspondence from customers and representatives.
- You will respond to inquiries about our company's products or services, and provide comprehensive solutions to customer issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer accounts and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Reviewing contracts for orders and schedules, and entering them into the SAP system.
- Accelerating or prioritizing orders upon request, handling requests for quotations, processing customer returns, investigating credit and debit inquiries, and issuing credit/debit as needed.
- Conducting regular reviews with your account base to discuss on-time delivery, backlog, and other support issues.
- Reviewing, acting on, and issuing all relevant order-related reports.
- Addressing technical inquiries from customers by utilizing the intranet technical reference and providing alternative solutions using available resources.
- Proactively following up on quotations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
