Job Summary

Andersen, a leading international IT company, is seeking a highly skilled Global Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes in EU countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processes in EU countries, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to payroll outsourcing companies, ensuring seamless communication and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure all payroll tax obligations are met, and enforce compliance with relevant tax laws.
  • Support employees with payroll-related queries and concerns.
  • Optimize and automate payroll processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist, with a strong understanding of payroll processes and procedures.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with a focus on suggesting process improvements that benefit the team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external payroll service providers.
  • Intermediate-level Excel skills and a strong understanding of payroll software.
  • Fluent English language skills, with a minimum intermediate level.

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of the Polish language, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
