Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop software systems tests according to ES standards, documenting and executing them.
  • Define test procedures and test cases, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Develop automatic test environments and tests when suitable, streamlining the testing process.
  • Execute tests, create test reports, and report bugs, maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Participate in software systems test-related reviews and project meetings, contributing to the team's success.
  • Collaborate with clients in the area of software development and software systems tests, ensuring effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with technical innovations and organization programs, driving continuous improvement.
  • Meet ES and TCK quality standards and schedules, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Represent the company in a positive light, upholding its values and reputation.
  • Develop your professional qualifications continuously, staying ahead in the field.
  • Protect confidential information and company property, upholding the highest standards of integrity.

Basic Requirements:

  • MSc degree in Electronics or Computer Science or related fields.
  • Knowledge of electronics and electronic measurement basics.
  • Software programming knowledge, including proficiency in relevant tools and technologies.
  • English language skills, including speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Team-oriented mindset, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Honesty and integrity in all interactions with the company, clients, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on productivity and efficiency.
  • Methodical approach to problem-solving, with a focus on quality and results.
  • Willingness to travel as required, with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
  • Knowledge of systems and devices testing tools and methods, with a focus on innovation and improvement.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Script programming language skills, with a focus on automation and efficiency.
  • German or French language skills, including speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on innovation and growth.
