Main Responsibilities
  1. Offer incident resolution services, meeting or exceeding agreed SLA targets
  2. Analyze complex system issues and provide actionable insights to higher-level support teams
  3. Deliver expert user support, addressing technical challenges and concerns
  4. Manage user accounts and access permissions within our IT systems
  5. Test and configure computer hardware and IT infrastructure components
  6. Develop procedural documents to enhance service delivery efficiency
  7. Liaise with IT administrators to maintain smooth service operations
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Strong English language skills (B2 level)
  • At least 2 years' experience working in a 2nd-line IT support capacity
  • Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service, both remotely and on-site
  • Expertise in supporting users with Microsoft Office365, Windows 10, OneDrive, and print services
  • Familiarity with Jira ServiceDesk or similar help desk software
  • Able and willing to continuously learn and develop technical skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving, prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Tech-related education or certification (an asset)
