We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Hardware Technician to join our team and assist in the management and support of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for end-user devices.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Support common applications including Microsoft products, VPN, and collaboration tools.
- Manage device imaging, security compliance, and asset tracking.
- Assist in IT projects, upgrades, and system migrations.
- Provide user training and liaise with vendors.
- Utilize ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA) for incident tracking.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in English
- Expertise in Windows, macOS, and mobile OS (iOS/Android).
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, remote desktop, and endpoint management tools.
- Experience with SCCM, MDT, or similar imaging tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- ITIL knowledge and familiarity with incident management.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
