Job Description
As a Tech Lead .NetCore, you'll lead and mentor multiple engineering teams in delivering cutting-edge products. This pivotal role involves guiding technical strategy, ensuring timely project delivery, and promoting engineering excellence through best practices in development, testing, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee software engineering teams, aligning development with business goals.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and career development for team members.
- Drive high performance, innovation, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Uphold the 'you build it, you run it' philosophy, where engineers take ownership of the code from writing to monitoring.
- Lead in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment with teams organized by product and platform, operating in two-week sprints.
Your Experience
- 6+ years in software development, 4+ with .NET Core, and 3+ in leadership roles.
- Deep knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and cloud computing (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Proficiency with .NET (C#), Java/Kotlin, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
- Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and strong problem-solving abilities.
