About the Team:

We are part of the Change Experience & Learning (CE&L) team, which is passionate about the people-side of change and drives holistic technology change experiences for the employees. As a Change Enablement Strategist, you will work closely with other complementing teams to secure the most efficient ways of working (e.g. UX, Partnering, Engagement) and understand the big picture.

You will share knowledge within the team (Section/Cluster/others) and advise on timing of solution deployment to align with key business cycles and other communications efforts. In addition, you will oversee execution of communication plans and fulfill end-to-end end-user communication strategy.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in business partnering and consulting to determine client/customer needs and build effective relationships. They should also have knowledge of emerging and evolving technologies and experience working with organizational change management practices and instructional design methodologies.
