Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Planner to join our Offshore Site Staffing and Planning (SS&PR) department. As a key member of our planning team, you will be responsible for ensuring correct and timely manpower allocation across our portfolio of offshore wind projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement planning processes to optimize resource allocation and utilization.
  • Monitor and evaluate planning performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of planning tasks.
  • Develop and maintain tools and processes to support optimal resource planning.
  • Provide regular reporting to management on planning challenges and progress.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a planning function, preferably in a large multinational company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to travel up to 20-25 days per year.
