Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Central Master Data Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and monitoring Master Data records in accordance with HEINEKEN process standards, data standards, policies, and objectives. This includes performing Mass MD maintenance activity using SAP Transactions and/or tools, acting as a first line of support for finance domain queries, and ensuring timely and accurate information for assigned OpCos.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating and maintaining Master Data records in accordance with HEINEKEN process standards, data standards, policies, and objectives.
  • Performing Mass MD maintenance activity using SAP Transactions and/or tools.
  • Acting as a first line of support for any queries related to finance domains of master data as well as application usage.
  • Ensuring that Master Data requests are handled according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) using respective workflow tooling.
  • Responding to queries from other counter partners via respective communication channels in alignment with Service Management processes.
  • Ensuring that Master Data supports business processes and requirements.
  • Monitoring Master Data quality and raising concerns about Master Data quality, data governance, and related issues as necessary to the Team Leader or Central Master Data Consultants.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Work experience in an international company in the Master Data area, preferably with experience in performing mass Master Data maintenance and Mass Uploads.
  • Good knowledge of business processes (Procurement, Supply Chain, Commerce).
  • Experience of managing diverse SAP finance processes and consultants within a multi-national operating environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP and other ERPs systems.
  • Analytical capabilities and good MS Excel skills.
  • Dynamic and eager to work on a variety of topics to support work across the team.
  • Flexibility, proactivity, and be an energetic team player.
  • Be creative, come up with new ideas, and deliver in a fast-pace environment.
  • High concern for quality, accuracy, and data.
  • Continuous process improvement attitude.
  • Very good communication and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative, open-minded, and well-organized.
  • Relevant certification on the assigned expertise area (e.g., master data management).
