We at Goldman Sachs are committed to securing, developing and managing relationships with high net worth individuals, their families, family offices and foundations. As a Wealth Management Professional, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with building and preserving their financial wealth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Liaise with our Private Wealth Management sales teams to support clients
  • Facilitate initial onboarding of client relationships and subsequent account maintenance
  • Serve as a key liaison to other areas supporting the onboarding of PWM clients
  • Partner with Client Onboarding Team, Compliance, Legal and Operations
  • Participate in ongoing monitoring of client relationships including the rolling review of clients and accounts
    • Ensure clients and accounts remain compliant with regulatory requirements and the latest internal policy standards
    • Review and understand policy requirements, internally source documentation, prepare client reach-out requests for PWM teams to review, raise any internal actions required and liaise with broader PWM teams to fully close out cases
    • Participate in remediation initiatives as well as audit queries and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Candidates should be fluent in English
  • Candidates will ideally have completed at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Management, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
  • 5+ years of prior work experience in a relevant field
  • In-depth understanding of Processes and Procedures for client onboarding, account maintenance, and account funding.
  • Acquaintance with different financial instruments (Stocks, Options, Fixed Income, Debt)
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to self-direct, analyze and evaluate and form independent judgments
  • Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management, sales teams and global stakeholders
  • Sensitive to Risk & Compliance matters, ability to exercise discretion with respect to highly confidential/sensitive information
  • Integrity, ethical standards and sound judgment
