The role of the Sustainability Specialist - Sales Excellence is critical to the success of our sales excellence initiatives at Sonova. This position requires a strong understanding of sales processes and tools, as well as the ability to drive consistent adoption and proficient use across multiple sales roles.

The Sustainability Specialist - Sales Excellence will work closely with our HQ Sales Operations & Excellence team to ensure that implemented strategies are sustained, and that continuous improvement efforts are supported. This role will also help optimize sales operations to boost overall sales performance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Process & Tool Adoption: Ensure the sustained and proficient use of sales processes and tools across multiple sales roles, including sales reps, inside sales, and clinical trainers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, Sales Enablement, CRM, Analytics, Pricing, HR, Finance, and Customer Services to continuously enhance sales tools, processes, playbooks, and incentives.
  • Performance Monitoring & Data-Driven Optimization: Develop and analyze sales reports and KPIs to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Training & Change Management: Facilitate global training programs and onboarding sessions to ensure that sales teams understand and apply best practices effectively.
  • Sales Territory Optimization: Assist group companies in designing and refining sales territories to maximize sales coverage and efficiency.
  • Sales Roles & Responsibilities: Ensure consistency in sales organizational structures by maintaining standardized documentation of sales roles, including sales reps, inside sales, key account managers, and clinical trainers.
  • Support HQ and GC Sales Stakeholders: Provide support to sales leadership within HQ and Group Companies on sales operations and excellence-related topics, including process documentation, KPIs, and implementation of global initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement & Feedback Loop: Gather insights from sales teams, assess challenges, and recommend enhancements to existing sales strategies, processes, contents, and tools.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a sales-related function.
  • Experience in documenting processes and creating training materials.
  • Experience conducting online training presentations.
  • Experience working in a digital environment.
  • Working in a multi-functional, international environment.
  • Advanced MS Office tools (especially PowerPoint).
  • Strong business and customer focus.
  • Fast comprehension and eagerness to learn new things, with a desire to constantly learn in a fast-changing environment.
  • High flexibility to engage in multiple areas and dive in where help is needed.
  • High degree of personal responsibility and commitment, independent, and proactive work style.
  • Ability to hold others accountable.
  • Proficiency in English (written & spoken).
