We are currently seeking a Data Science Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize data science and machine learning solutions at scale in cloud-based environments, specifically Azure.
  • Contribute to the end-to-end lifecycle of data science projects using DevOps principles, code management, experiment tracking, model deployment, and industry best practices.
  • Develop well-structured, testable, and efficient code.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to enhance the consumption of data and deployment of models in production.
  • Lead the design and implementation of monitoring, troubleshooting, debugging, and incident management for ML pipelines.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate on various aspects of ML Ops, including scalability, throughput, infrastructure, and deployment strategies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in ML Ops or ML engineering, focusing on productionizing and scaling ML models.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with the Azure cloud environment and Databricks, including setup and maintenance as an ML platform.
  • Proven experience with software development best practices, including testing, continuous integration, and DevOps tools.
  • Strong understanding of the data science lifecycle and how data scientists deliver value.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL within version control systems (git) and their use in building ML & data pipelines.
  • Familiarity with agile software development lifecycles (SCRUM, Kanban, etc.).
