Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, detail oriented individual with strong Excel skills to join our team as a General Ledger Chief Accountant. The successful candidate will have at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in full general ledger accounting or group accounting, or audit background.
- The ideal candidate will have a primary degree in a finance or accounting related discipline and a strong understanding of accounting practices and standards aligned with local GAAP.
- The role involves preparing monthly/quarterly/annual stand-alone financial reports to internal and external parties, analyzing financial data and commenting on significant period to period variances and trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong knowledge of German (additional asset) and experience in SAP (additional asset).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
