Citibank (Switzerland) AG is seeking an Intermediate Securities Analyst to join their Transaction Capture team. As an Intermediate Securities Analyst, you will provide analytic and administrative support to various securities related functions, in coordination with the Transaction Capture team.
Your primary responsibility will be to maintain position records and support new process onboarding. You will also be working closely with other teams/divisions in Citi to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely booking of transactions executed on investment funds accounts.
- Preparation and delivery of accounting records and reports to relevant teams.
- Performing control functions in a process to verify transactions booked into the accounting system.
- Cooperation with other teams/divisions in Citi in scope of performed responsibilities.
- Timely answering to standard and most of the non-standard queries related to duties performed.
- Utilizing data analysis tools and methodologies to make recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a related role.
- Relevant Degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines.
