**Job Purpose**

The Product Development Manager at GPC Global Technology Center is responsible for driving business value through the assessment of business needs and collaboration with cross-functional product teams. This role focuses on delivering quality products that drive sales, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop a deep understanding of business processes and requirements for the Discovery domain.
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements via epics and user stories.
  • Drive prioritization of epics and user stories to ensure alignment with product strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to drive cross-domain prioritization and sequencing of activities.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations to ensure scoping, backlog, and delivery align with product strategy.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure relevant business goals for the domain.
  • Represent the business throughout the technology development process.
  • Communicate the delivery roadmap and track releases.
  • Work with agile practitioners and engineering to improve the overall delivery lifecycle.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering fields or equivalent years of experience.
  • 3+ years' experience in scrum/agile development methodology.
  • 3+ years' experience participating in product backlog prioritization and grooming/refinement.
  • 3+ years of product ownership and helping drive road mapping, planning, and delivery in an agile environment.
  • 3+ years' experience designing processes and solutions for an omnichannel organization.
  • 3+ years' experience designing solutions for retail organizations within e-commerce platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience with analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience in the B2B and retail business is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
