Luxoft is seeking a seasoned Senior .NET Developer to join its Hospitality Shared Services Team.

About the Role

This position will be part of a large, distributed team dedicated to implementing, enhancing and supporting the core services for Sabre Hospitality Solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience creating web APIs in C# and .NET framework, as well as a strong understanding of RESTful API design principles.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and developing RESTful web APIs using C# and .NET framework.
  • Collaborating with product managers, UI/UX designers, and software testers to understand requirements and create technical designs.
  • Creation and maintenance of Unit Tests.
  • Ensuring code quality, security, and compliance with coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving defects and production issues.

We are looking for a skilled professional who can lead by example, mentor, and be mentored by others. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to handle multiple projects, and be comfortable working independently.

Mandatory Skills Description:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in software development; prior senior experience preferred.
  • Extensive experience creating web APIs in C# and .NET framework.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles.
  • Experience implementing WCF services (REST and SOAP).
  • Experience with Oracle or other relational databases.
  • Familiarity with distributed architectures & messaging systems.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
  • Comfort working with remote teams.
