As an AP accountant, you will be responsible for accurate and timely invoice processing, vendor queries, and reconciliations. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse team and contribute to our company's success.
Key Responsibilities:- Verify PO and NON-PO invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Process PO and NON-PO invoices in our system, coding transactions as necessary.
- Perform manual postings within the ERP system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Resolve price and quantity blocks for all invoices, collaborating with colleagues and procurement organization.
- Handle vendor and business queries, providing timely and effective responses.
- Maintain vendor accounts, reconcile vendor statements, and resolve debt balances.
- Cooperate with business partners and vendors to resolve discrepancies and issues.
- Identify, propose, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist team members and support the Team Leader in daily accounting matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in Shared Services and international environments, preferably in Accounts Payable.
- Excellent command of English in writing and speech.
- Good command of Polish in writing and speech (working in a team with Polish language).
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels in a multicultural environment.
- Independence in work and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience or good understanding of AP & P2P processes.
